Infectious Diseases Research Day 2016

The Second Annual Infectious Disease Research Day will be held October 11, 2016. The event will feature presentations by Faculty, Students and Post-doctoral fellows from across campus. There will be a poster session for all abstracts.  Eight poster presenters will be selected for 3 minute talks so they can highlight their work prior to the poster session.  The conference will feature keynote addresses by 2 distinguished invited speakers:

The goal of this event is to foster interactions among investigators interested in the infectious diseases of plants, animals, and humans across the UK campus.  The registration and abstract submission website is now open!  Please go to and select ID Research Day to register and submit your abstract.  Registration is free and includes breakfast and lunch.  Please register early so we can get an accurate count for ordering meals. 

Lectures and poster sessions will be in 234 Biopharm and the BBSRB atrium.
